Encrypted Transit
Every packet of data you share travels through secure, encrypted channels. We use industry-standard TLS.
At Gooiercloud, we treat your data with the same precision as a deep-sea navigation system. We don't just store information; we protect the integrity of your digital fleet. Ever wondered how we keep your transformation journey secure?
Our commitment to transparency means you'll always know exactly what signals we're tracking and how we use them to guide your platform migration.
Every packet of data you share travels through secure, encrypted channels. We use industry-standard TLS.
We do not sell personal data. Your transformation roadmap stays inside our working records.
We keep data only as long as needed to complete the work you asked for, plus any period the law requires.
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it.
This privacy policy explains how Gooiercloud, of 99 Strathearn Dr, Brentry, Bristol BS10 6TS, UK, collects and uses personal data when you use this website or ask us about cloud platform migration. It was last updated on 22 October 2026.
If you write to us or use the contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name or company, email address, and the message itself. We also receive ordinary technical data from the browser, such as IP address, device type, and pages viewed, so we can keep the site available and understand which charts people actually use.
We use contact details to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver the services you request. Technical data is used to secure and improve the site. We only send occasional service notes if you asked for them, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
We store a single first-party preference cookie, gooiercloud_consent, after you choose Accept Course. It remembers that choice for up to 12 months. We also keep the same choice in local storage on your device so the banner does not return on every page. We do not use advertising cookies.
We share personal data only with suppliers who help us run email, hosting, or a project you have engaged us for. Those suppliers may use the data only on our instructions. We do not sell contact lists and we do not pass your details to advertisers.
Gooiercloud is based in Bristol, United Kingdom. Your data is handled in the UK. If a supplier processes data outside the UK, we use a lawful transfer tool, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision, before the transfer happens.
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract, invoice, or legal claim means we must keep them longer. Server logs are kept for a shorter operational period and then deleted or aggregated.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, erase, or restrict your personal data, and you can object to certain uses. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. To use any of these rights, email us and we will respond within one month.
